About an Order
Include your order number from the confirmation email so we can find it straight away. A tracking number is sent once your order ships.
Sizing
Every piece has a size chart in centimetres, opened from the size guide on its page. If you sit between two sizes, send us your measurements and the piece you are looking at, and we will tell you which one to take.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready-stock pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Pre-order pieces are made to order and can only be returned if faulty. The full policy is in Shipping & Returns.
International Orders
International orders are paid through PayPal in US dollars. Import duties and taxes are not included; the courier collects them on delivery.
