Shipping & Returns

Once your payment is confirmed (Midtrans in Indonesia, PayPal internationally), you receive an order confirmation by email automatically. Ready-stock items ship directly and are processed within 7 business days.

Most man | made drops are pre-order. Pre-order pieces are made to order: they are produced only after the pre-order window closes, with an estimated production time of roughly 4–6 weeks before they are dispatched. The pre-order window and ship estimate are shown on each drop, so you always know the timeline before you order.

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund before production starts. Once production has started, cancelling gets a 50% refund. See how pre-orders work.

We ship across Indonesia via major couriers, primarily JNE and J&T. Shipping cost (ongkir) is calculated automatically at checkout from your delivery address, and the total is shown clearly before you pay. Estimated delivery is around 5 business days depending on the destination address you enter.

We ship from Bali to the countries listed at checkout, tracked door to door with a courier you select from the available services at checkout. Choose International at checkout and place your order. Within 12 hours we email you a PayPal payment request for the exact total, and your order is held for 48 hours after we send it. When you pay, choose Goods and services so the purchase is covered by PayPal's buyer protection. Prices are listed in US dollars; PayPal converts the total to your own currency. Shipping is quoted for your delivery address, parcel and chosen service, and the full total is shown before you pay.

Services marked “Duties included” cover import duties and taxes. For other services, the courier collects any import charges from you on delivery; you agree to this at checkout. If you refuse the parcel or don't collect it, the courier returns it to us and charges us for the return: those charges, and the original shipping, are deducted from any refund once the parcel is back with us. Please write your address in English letters. Customers in South Korea must provide a Personal Customs Clearance Code at checkout.

A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Please allow time for the courier to scan the parcel into their system.

We accept returns or size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Made-to-order or pre-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at treshnanda@manmade.fit with your order number and photos. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days. Return shipping for non-faulty returns is the customer's responsibility.
