What is man | made?
man | made is an anime-inspired streetwear label from Bali, Indonesia. We reinterpret the symbols, weapons, artifacts, and themes of anime, manhwa, and manhua into original garments, released as numbered drops called Volumes.
Is this official or licensed anime merchandise?
No. Every design is original. We do not print characters, logos, or artwork from any series, and man | made is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from any rights holder. The references are allusions: a symbol, a motif, an idea you recognise if you know the story.
How does a pre-order work?
Most Volumes open as a pre-order for a set window. Pieces are made to order after the window closes, with roughly 1 to 2 weeks of production, then shipped. Each Volume shows its pre-order dates and ship estimate before you pay.
For a Volume that hasn't opened yet, leave your email on its page and we will tell you when it does.
When will my order arrive?
Ready-stock pieces are processed within 7 business days. Pre-order pieces ship after production, on the estimate shown on the Volume. Delivery within Indonesia takes around 5 business days with JNE or J&T; the transit time for international orders is shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from Bali to the countries listed at checkout, tracked door to door. International orders are paid in US dollars through PayPal, or by card without a PayPal account in most countries. Import duties are not included unless checkout says they are; the courier collects them on delivery.
How can I pay?
Orders in Indonesia are paid in Rupiah through Midtrans. International orders are paid in US dollars through PayPal.
How do the sizes fit?
Most pieces are cut oversize and boxy: wider through the body and shoulders than a regular fit. Every piece has a size chart in centimetres. The oversize boxy fit guide explains how to pick your size.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Ready-stock pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Pre-order pieces are made to order and can only be returned if faulty. Full terms are in Shipping & Returns.
My piece arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Contact us within 7 days at treshnanda@manmade.fit with your order number and photos. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
Where is man | made based?
Badung, Bali, Indonesia. Every order ships from Bali.
